Help center: first workflow, profiles, credits, and commercial review

Before using ModelCast AI, understand the difference between profiles, regeneration, expansion, and credits. This helps you decide whether a result should be retried or reused.

Where to start

Create a presenter profile first for short-form, course, or livestream visuals. Create an ecommerce model first for apparel, product, or ad workflows. The free plan includes 10 trial credits and lets you test both profile types.

What a person profile means

A profile is the identity foundation for future reuse. When expanding from a saved presenter or model, ModelCast AI tries to preserve identity and facial features while resetting outfit, expression, pose, framing, and background for the selected asset type.

Regenerate vs expand

Regenerate creates another result with the same task settings and does not replace the original image. Expand opens the generator so you can change asset type, product, outfit, scene, composition, and notes.

Credits, failed jobs, and stuck tasks

Each successful profile creation, expanded asset, or regenerated version uses 1 credit. Failed provider jobs are not counted as delivered images. If a task stays generating too long, it is marked as failed and can be retried from the task.

Commercial review before publishing

ModelCast AI helps produce commercial asset candidates, but it does not replace legal, brand, product, or platform review. Check likeness rights, product accuracy, trademarks, advertising claims, platform policies, and local requirements before publishing.

FAQ

What is the best first workflow?

Create one presenter or model profile first, save it only if it is stable, then use the profile workspace to expand assets.

What if I do not like the result?

Regenerate when the person itself is weak. Expand when the identity is approved but the scene, outfit, or product needs to change.

Can I use outputs commercially?

Use outputs in a commercial workflow only after reviewing likeness, product, brand, advertising, and platform rules. Contact support for business usage questions.
